Our support services are designed to work alongside our installations and if requested, transfer support & management to ourselves remotely.

Our remote light service is designed for users who would like to manage and support their own systems, but require occasional technical support & assistance.

What's included?

REMOTE MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT

from £25 per month

Our remote management & support service is designed for users who would like a more hands-off style to their systems. Home Network Specialists will manage the overall system requirements & the day to day tweaks and changes needed.

Whats included?

  • Full remote management of the systems

  • Priority remote mission critical fixes & troubleshooting

  • Remote guided on site fixes and repairs

  • Monthly system updates

  • Bi-yearly systems review video meetings

HYBRID REMOTE MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT

Our hybrid management & support service is designed for users who would like a more hands-off style to their systems and would like on-site presence. Home Network Specialists will remotely manage the overall system requirements & the day to day tweaks and changes needed.

What's included?

  • Full remote management of the systems

  • ​Priority remote / on-site mission critical fixes

  • On-site technical assistance and guidance*

  • Quarterly review video meetings**

  • ​Bi-yearly On-Site system meetings

* on-site assistance provided if remote assistance is not applicable

**If requested / required

DEDICATED SYSTEM OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT + CUSTOMER SUPPORT

from £45 per month

This service is designed / reserved for partners of project builds or customer handover projects.

  • Dedicated ownership & management of systems

  • Priority remote mission critical fixes & troubleshooting

  • Priority On-site fixes 

  • Ongoing customer facing service and technical assistance of systems
